Registration: HAACP for Meat and Poultry Processors September 2017

Welcome to the online registration page for the September 2017 HACCP for Meat and Poultry Processors course. The course will be held Tuesday-Thursday, September 26-28, at the Nathan Hale Inn (Manchester Room), 855 Bolton Road, Storrs, CT 06268.

All participants must preregister. Space is limited. The deadline for registration is Monday, September 18. Online registration ends at 11:59 p.m. September 18.  There will be no refunds for requests made after September 18.

The registration fee is $375 per person and covers program costs, parking, continental breakfast, breaks and lunch. Accommodations are not  included. Information regarding course agenda, overnight accommodations and parking can be found here at

Payment through this site is by credit card only. If you wish to pay by check, please use the mail-in registration form.
